Everyone at God's Littlest Angels
wishes you a Merry Christmas
and a Happy New Year!
Please remember:
Jesus is the reason for the season, and we thank our Heavenly Father for sending His only Son that we might be saved!
God's Littlest Angels is a Haitian orphanage located in the mountains above Pétion-Ville, close to the village of Fermathe. The majority of the children brought to the orphanage are between the ages of newborn and 7 years old. We also have older children, sibling groups, and children with special needs waiting for adoptive parents.
God's Littlest Angels has ministered to the children of Haiti since 1994 and has been involved in international adoptions since 1997. GLA is involved in several children's ministries in the local community. In the year 2000, GLA implemented a school sponsorship program for children unable to attend school due to the lack of funds. Today, more than 200 children attend school sponsored by people in North America and Europe.
God's Littlest Angels is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Christian ministry incorporated in the State of Colorado. In 2000, GLA Canada was formed and is a registered Canadian Charity. All financial donations received in the United States, Canada, and France will receive a tax-deductible receipt.

Please remember the children and GLA this holiday season with a small financial gift. You can help us care for the children at the orphananage and in areas such as Baie d'Orange where children are dying from starvation. Please take a moment and give today. Your gift can help us save the life of a child.
NEEDED: OLDER LAPTOP COMPUTERS FOR OUR SCHOOL PROGRAM. Do you have an older laptop computer that you are not using? Maybe you have upgraded to a newer model and the old one is just sitting around catching dust. Would you consider donating your old one to GLA? We are in need of some older laptop computers for the children's school. Some of the children's lessons are on computer programs. Windows XP or 2000 operating systems are ok. We will have adoptive parents and volunteers carry them in to Haiti for us. Please let us know if you have a computer that you would like to donate to help the children in school. Email us>>>
All adoptive parents that have adopted children from GLA - Please go to the adoption page and download the English and French IBESR post-placement forms, fill them out, and return them to us via email or post office. IBESR requires post-placement reports yearly on all adopted children. Sending the update on the child's birthday is an easy way of remembering this important task!
Bethany Christian Services in Michigan has a campaign going to raise enough funds to buy all new cribs for the babies at GLA. Some of our beds are old and wooden and have roaches inside the wood. We are trying to replace the wooden ones with metal cribs. If you would like to help with this project, go to their web site and see how you can make a donation. CRIBS>>>
A Private School collapsed in Pétion-Ville on Friday, 7 November. No children in the GLA sponsorship program attended the La Promesse School. We have had children in the past attend this school but we are very thankful that the children were not attending it this year! Final totals that we heard were 89 children killed and 162 injured. So far, our donors have sent $2400 help with funeral costs and hospitalization costs for the children. Thank you so much!
Accepting Applications: GLA is now accepting applications from prospective adoptive families. Before inquiring about adopting a child, please go to our adoption page to see if you qualify to adopt from Haiti. Click here. If you meet the requirements for Haiti and would like more information, then write our American office, email the US Office now>>>>
AIDS in Haiti is a very serious problem. One of our toddlers, who was HIV positive, passed away in August. Watch this moving video done by a former volunteer. It is a wonderful tribute to Berlancia and her volunteer, Anna, who loved her so much. Video>>>
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED to send some children to school. For $30 per month, just $1 per day (the cost of a cup of coffee or a soft drink), you can give a child the gift of learning! Please consider making a donation to help a child learn to read and write! To Donate via credit card...
